VENUE - Florence House lies in a quiet position on the outskirts of the popular seaside town of Seaford, nestling at the bottom of vast open dunes, leading to a dramatic cliff line overlooking the English Channel with views towards France. Seaford lies midway between Eastbourne and Brighton on the south coast, each about 10 miles distant. The historic town of Lewes is about 12 miles to the north. Built in the 1920’s by a local merchant as a wedding present for his daughter Florence House has been extensively ref urbished & now provides a large course room, lounge, dining room and oak panelled study. The six acre estate is within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has views of Seaford Head, the golf course, and across Seaford to the white cliffs and the sea. ACCOMMODATION - All rooms are individually and comfortably furnished with excellent shared bathroom facilities. TRAVEL - Trains are from London Victoria to Lewes, where you should change for Seaford. If driving from London allow at least two hours for the journey. Directions will be sent to you approximately 1 month before.
