PRICE FOR THE 6-NIGHT RETREAT

Prices from: €1595 euros. This retreat is priced as a six-night stay.

DEPOSIT (non-refundable): €400 euros to secure your place, pending balance payment by due date.

BALANCE DUE 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

No balance of payment reminders are sent. Please note the due date in your diary. Thank you.

PRICE INCLUDES:  Yoga, en-suite accommodation, three meals a day, full use of all facilities, mineral water fountains, freshly squeezed orange juice (in season), tea, coffee etc and Spanish tax

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:  Flights, transfers (although these can be arranged for you), on-site purchases, massage and treatments.

You can pay online using a Credit/Debit Card or by bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay directly by bank transfer please contact us at yoga@simonlow.com and we will forward our bank details. We do not accept paper cheques. No reminders are sent to you, so please put the Final Balance due date in your diary.

PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable deposit is usually required to confirm your place. Some retreats offer different terms. The balance is due no less than 8 weeks prior to the event. You may also pay in full at the time of booking, if you prefer. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full.

PLEASE NOTE:

If the retreat is cancelled by Santillán or attendance is not possible due to government lockdowns or quarantine requirements your deposit / payments will be refunded in full (less any transfer fees levied by the bank), OR your deposit / payment can be transferred to guarantee a booking for a future retreat at the rate paid, even if the future retreat is charged at a higher rate. The choice is yours.

If you cancel up to 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date, you can receive a refund of any monies already paid, less the non-refundable deposit. After the 8-week date there are no refunds unless the retreat is sold out and your place(s) can be filled by another person(s) in which case you will receive a full refund less a 200 euro admin fee pp. Alternatively your payments can be transferred to guarantee a booking for a future retreat at the rate paid, even if the future retreat is charged at a higher rate. The choice is yours.

It is a condition of this holiday that each person has personal travel insurance appropriate to activity and fitness centred holidays.
