Simon Low, Principal of ‘The Yoga Academy' and co-founder of Triyoga in London, has been teaching yoga internationally for over 20 years.

Simon's intention is to guide students in the development of 'attention', and to help you cultivate balance and harmony in your life on and off the yoga mat, incorporating safe and skillfull asana practice while exploring the broad spectrum of teachings and practices that reflect the unity that is yoga.

All yoga holidays, weekends and workshops are for all levels, including beginners, unless otherwise stated. All Simon's yoga teachings are colourfully interlaced with the appropriately aligned sharing of anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation, Chinese medicine, Chi Kung, and ancient and contemporary philosophy, and usually incorporate his very popular interpretation of Yin and Yang Yoga, offering a balanced, highly effective and richly educational yoga experience.Simon is assisted at all his yoga events by teachers he has personally trained at the Yoga Academy, ensuring that all students enjoy informed and experienced guidance and support throughout his classes.
