Simon’s workshops are generally 1-day classes or full weekend periods that include practise and more in-depth study around general or specific subjects within the teachings of yoga.
Simon leads UK and international workshops throughout the year and is often invited to teach at ‘British Wheel of Yoga’ events. As co-founder & the original Director of Yoga at Triyoga he returns regularly to the Primrose Hill and Soho studios of Triyoga for individual day & weekend workshops. He is no longer teaching on-going weekly classes at Triyoga or any other venues.
